3 ways to stay fit during MCO

Good Afternoon guys,how was your sleep last night?Hopefully you guys have a good dream.
So,this morning I read at instagram few people sharing tips how to stay fit at home especially during this MCO.Yes!It is very important to stay fit because we eat a lot of food.I myself loves to eat snacks during watching TV at night.Those junkfoods and meals are not healthy as it have high calories and yeah we might get obesity after this MCO ended.
Let start with easy thing first,I would say this tips is a very one.

1.Keep personal hygiene and physically mental health in good condition.

WHY?? 
If you want to strike this pandemic,I would say this is true.Keep hygiene bro!!Last week,I read at SINAR HARIAN. Dr Aman said that personal hygiene and staying physically and mentally healthy were important elements in fighting the pandemic.

2.Work out.
 You guys can even download any apps like 'Home Workout' at google store or app store.There are many set of workout you can do like push ups,jumping jacks and stretch.Of course,by these workout you can build muscles.
Lets get sweat!Do push ups!

Stretch more.Get your muscle work!Do not lazy!

3.Maintaining balance diet.
People should try to cook their own food during the movement control order (MCO) amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
It is important to consume a balanced meal and this can be done by making simple yet varied dishes.
I would suggest for you guys to have scheduled diet.Count the calories you take.Nowadays it is very easy to have it calculate.Use app!You can have it at google app or app store.
